Hi,
I am dealing with a company which i would like to place and order with. Everything up to now has been fine, good communication, prompt delivering samples (quality great). The only issue I have is that the factory i am dealing with doesnt have an export licence, so they are giving their bank details of the company owner. From what i have read its better than a 3rd party export company, but its still making me a little reticent for giving the deposit.
But like I said the samples are good, they sent photos of their stand at the recent Canton Fair, photos of packing of recent orders etc. Also they have been open about reason for not giving a bank account in the company name.
Have spoken to them on the phone, they have a website etc and I was planning to visit and have a QA/QC company check goods onto the container.
Should them not having an export licence make me reconsider laying down ther deposit?
Thanks
