Hello All
We have recently switched over to Barclays, from Lloyds Business Online.
We process our payroll in-house, and It seems there is not a function to do Bulk payments / Bacs payments in Barclays online Business that i am aware of.
This means when processing 50+ employees fortnightly for payroll, it uses a 'Group payment' function; however by doing this we end up with each employee occupying their own transaction entry in the bank statement!
This takes up a huge amount of space on the statements, and also is a laborious task having to reconcile each transaction individually in our accounting software.
Is there no Bulk Payment facility or solution available with Barclays? Surely other business owners don't put up with this? Both Lloyds and Natwest Online banking have this function...
Any suggestions would be really helpful!
