Anyone used Ekomi to verify customer feedback?

I saw it on this site and it looks pretty neat. We use Google checkout becasue our feedback is normally poitive, the more ratings we get the busier we get.

I'm now thinking if I used this sort of system for all shoppers I could get even more feedback. We are making an effort to offer great service so may as well show off when we can!

Any update on this? eKomi called me this week (and I agree, an independent review system sounds great) so I'm wondering if it's any good.

They gave me a list of people using it. I think the deal is approx £20 per month - with 90 days free to try it out.

they called me last week also, i have been thinking about implementing a feedback system so i welcomed the call. i think it is pretty pricey though so when i next have free time I am going to look at ratepoint as an alternative as it is about 25% the price of ekomi.

anyone used ratepoint?
