Anyone use VTiger CRM package?

I'm thinking of implementing this mainly for:
- Lead tracking
- Customer helpdesk (ticket system)
- Automation of contact data entry from MS Outlook

Anyone got any experience of this package? (Pitfalls, recommendations, etc).
