Anyone use Microsoft's Dynamics NAV to manage ebay, Amazon etc?

We currently use Brightpearl to manage our multi channel e-commerce business. It's good but lacks some functionality and their pricing is just going up and up. Their current pricing is about £0.50 for every order that comes through.
I was wondering if anyone uses Microsoft's solution with connectors for ebay, Amazon, Magento etc and has any experience they would like to share?
