Hi there all - new on here.
I have recently taken on the MD role at a small sized SME of around 10 staff. They are IT-naive and selected Merlin Business Solutions to start using around 2 years ago. Upon my arrival, they are simply using the software as a digital order processing system, with limited accounts / reporting functionality turned on, and in use. They were given 5 days training for 2 people of 4 hours per day. Seems extremely low albeit expensive.
Does anyone have any experience of dealing with them?
