Anyone recommend me a solicitor?

I've just signed a commercial lease. When I first discussed it with the letting agent I was responsible for internal repairs to the area I occupied.

After I moved in a lease arrived from the landlord's solicitor. All of a sudden it was a full repair lease and I was asked to waive any rights to renew at the end of the lease

When I threatened to move out the landlord said he would instruct the solicitor to change the contract. It came back with one clause leading to another and then to another but still said the same thing.

Eventually it was sorted but they all charge a fortune for something that comes off a wordprocessor. It's worse if you're the tennant. Often you pay a fortune for a the landlord's prewritten wordprocessed document and again for your solicitor to read it. It's no wonder there are so many empty business premises.
