Hello, I have about 60 domains that I have regd over the last few months, I am now in the market to get 10-20 of them up and running , does anyone know of any companies offering hosting at good rates , just needs to be minimal, dont need 100 email addresses (does anyone??? ) , If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate your input.

The sites are all registered with 123-reg but there hosting isnt the cheapest and I dont want all the add ons they offer, excuse any spelling mistakes I mashed my fingers with a hammer earlier and Im bandaged up.

Thanks

Damn didn't know they were still going...

I pay £4.99 for a grid host service with very good specs, I have around 8 domains on my account and I believe you can pretty much add as many as you want, within reason.

tsohost.co.uk - very good, been with them for around 6 years and i think my website has been down about 4 times in that time.

It really depends what you mean by "up and running". A simple holding page of redirector would take so few resources that you could do it yourself on a simple VPS if you really wanted.

On the other hand, if each of these sites is going to be a high volume database-driven e-commerce site, then you're going to need a bit more than a one-hundred-quid-a-year bedroom ISP VPS to host it.

Beware of any hosting company charging you for a number of mailboxes under your own domain name unless they are also providing you with mail hosting to go with it.

If you're worried about junk mail on your domains, you can use a service such as antibodyMX to filter for you. We charge per real domain, not per mailbox, and synonym domains are very low cost indeed.

    Regards
