Anyone know any good outsourcing companys for work on website etc

Can anyone recommend a good company for outsourcing our web design work. Current company has done a good job with design and build of website however do not want to pay their rates for ongoing maintenance as quite high. I have heard at a seminar that there are companies in Poland etc that can do same work for substantially cheaper prices.
