Anyone here good with OSC - need some small changes doing?

Hi
I have a heavily modified osc site and need some small changes made to the site, my current website guy is going back to full time work so can't take on anymore work. Changes are as follows:- Obviously want someone who knows the code inside out and who won't mess up other areas of the site.

editing names of payment options.
making some changes so site loads faster
on whether I can have a drop down menu offering different languages like I do currencies, think I have this mod installed but not sure if it works?
When I change the product title, i get 2 x urls for the same product whereby surely it should overide the first?
make some text in checkout clickable links
addition to robots.txt
customers sometimes seem to get past checkout without a postcode - bug? have address finder installed so not sure how possible?
Not sure if this has been fixed but a syntax error comes up in internet explorer when viewing some pages?
A way for me to change the banners on the homepage rather than keep asking someone to do it?
