Anyone Having Problems Paying for RM Postage On-line?

Logged in to personal, not business account. Trying to pay by debit card. Just get a sad face emoticon where I think the card verification dialog should be.

I have e-mailed click and drop support, but I'm not holding out much hope of a timely response
