There are so many sellers of PLR content, people just reselling them. 10,000+ pieces of PLR for <£5 being sold on etsy and other places.

How do you determine that the content is actually legit and re-distributable and not pirated content being sold to you, which can get you in legal hot water? Are there any legitimate sources of PLR content for primiary school age colourings/worksheets etc? A reputable company that I can buy from?

I am launching a childrens teaching platform, and wanted to use free worksheets/colouring and activity sheets as a way to get leads for the teaching platform. There are tonnes of parents googling worksheets for kids in all manner of different longtails. I wanted to use the PLR to capture these leads and then market the paid services.

I'm just reall worried of getting hold of these so called PLR content and the original owners come after me saying I've violated their copyrights.

If it's genuine PLR it will come with a distribution licence saying you have private label rights. Of course you have to take te seller's word for it that the licence is genuine. The only way you can be 100% sure is to buy from the person who created the content in the first place, or create it yourself.

Yeah I am guessing this is going to be a minefield, I will stick to original sources as much as possible and buy from ltd companies who have been in buisnes sfor a long time and established in the industry, not just some random resellers on marketplaces - who may not have permission to repackage and resell the full rights.
