I have a site which has been hosted by LCN.com for some years. About 4 months ago we stopped getting emails generated from a booking/enquiry form on our site.

After a lot of to and fro LCN admitted that their filters had decided to stop the flow of emails.

After that everything was fine but a couple of weeks ago we had the same thing. Howeer, LCN told me that there was not a probelm and miraculously things started working properly.

Howeve, I noticed yesterday that booking enquiries using .yahoo.co.uk were not being delivered.

Anyone had the same experience if so, how was it resolved?

Any general advice on how to avoid a recurrence of this or if there is anyway, otehr than sending dummy enquiries, of highlighting that such a problem is occurring.

What have LCN said? As your host, it's their job to look after you and help with this sort of issue.

I could be some sort of spam filtering dropping the yahoo emails, but as they have access to the server logs, it should be trivial for them to advise you on a fix.
