I've been trying it all morning with no joy, is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Yeah - the iPhone app seems fine but going in via a browser it just hangs.

That's odd, I thought it might be the pirates (the same that went after paypal) but if you can get in ok on your iphone, that can't be right...

The mobile-formatted sites and the dedicated application will use different architecture than the 'standard' website.

This means it is perfectly possible for [say] the website to be down [due to an attack or whatever] while the other sites/apps remain functioning normally.
