Hi Everyone,
I thought I'd post here as this was one of the first websites to come up when I did a search for "BT Forum".
I just wanted to warn anybody who uses btconnect's email service for their business that they need to be EXTRA careful when using it to receive payments or sensitive information.
I run a web shop and recently had an incident where one of my customers accidentally sent a rather large paypal payment to me{ at }btconnect(dot)co
However rather than it being returned because they accidentally mis-typed 'com', the payment actualy was accepted - BY SOMEONE ELSE!
It turns out that someone has registered the domain name 'btconnect . co' and is intercepting all email sent to it!
So, be warned!
Su.
