Any tips on a Registered Office address & mail forwarding in Cardiff ?

Hi, does anyone currently use a company in Cardiff as their registered/service address in Cardiff that also provides some sort of mail holding/forwarding service.

I've been looking around and most seem to offer one service or the other but not both.

Trying to avoid the city centre and the bay if possible as don't want to have to go thought a load of traffic and struggle to park just to pick up post.

Basically I'm looking to set up a Ltd company and don't want to display the company name at my home address, nor have it available for anyone to find via companies house.

In any case, anyone offering this service should be able to offer mail forwarding where they post your mail on to you to save you going to collect it. Can't say as i've come across anyone offering a virtual office service wihtout offeirng the mail forwarding bit too.

Yes, has to be Cardiff sorry as I need to promote it as a local firm and it will even have Cardiff in the Ltd company name so would look strange if the registered address was anywhere else.

There are a couple of places by Sophia gardens that handle it.

regarding companies house, your name and home address will appear on the shareholders register anyhow

I don't think that the current format for annual returns displays the addresses of shareholders

In terms of registered office facilities there used to be a few formation agents near Companies House in Whitchurch Road which may offer the service

I think Jordans has closed down and the other company I found on whitchurch road would only accept official documents and not regular post which is a shame as whitchurch road would be perfect for me.

Sophia gardens is a little too close to town for me but might have to end with one of them, I think it's Roxbourne.

We can do the formation and offer a registered address in Cardiff and even post the mail to you so you don't have to collect it.
