I'm looking to buy some sign supports.

I have some that I've used previously, however, the company I used have put a min order charge on now, meaning that 4 will cost me £40! and 16 will be £35.
I only have a use for 4 at the moment, and the company in the link still has high delivery charges for 4 sign supports.
Can anybody supply these?
My best price so far is £16.50 (£9 delivery) for 4 delivered, is anybody able to supply them for around £10 delivered, Royal Mail recorded delivery is fine, it would be great if anybody could get me a price.
