Any Past Dealings with Bank of Scotland Equipment Finance?

Has anyone had experience with the above? We have a telephone system contract with them that has finished early due to our old co. ceasing trading, but we had to personally guarantee it in the first place - they are ignoring our correspondence and we don't know what to do.
