Any good database recommendations?

Hi there, just wondering if anyone has a recommendation for good but easy to use customer database software package? I need a program to store the general customer details that we all generate but I am also looking for a program that will be able to generate service call reminders during the year but not cost a fortune.

Hi Mate

Kashflow will do that and more, we do our accounts and manage our customer records through it www.Kashflow.co.uk.

As far as reminders goes, we file all customers (paper copy) under each month and in 12 months time we get the corresponding months file(eg all jan 2009 is sent jan 2010) and pick out all the servicing,safety checks etc and send them a reminder card, its a more personal way of doing it, plus you can send any other special offers you have with the reminder.

They are just pre-printed postcards that you fill in. if you want me to send you the ones i use then send me your email again, im not sure if i have it anymore.
