$2.5 - 3 Billion per Quarter. Sounds good to me.
OK, now profitable - I was behind the times. Suspect my simplistic assessment of their business model is generally true though; I'll check with Jeff next time I'm chatting to him about margin on my LED-enhanced bath plugs.

Not sure "$2.5 - 3 Billion per Quarter" though - depends where you measure profit.

Perhaps you should be looking at how you can benefit from these customers, or put them off from visiting your shop in the first place.

Its better, for almost all businesses, to not be attracting these customers in the first place.
That is true. I already offer a cheaper, non branded alternative for many items and explain how i differ, some i convert, some i dont. These non branded items have similar on Amazon at cheaper prices but i dont often get comments about them, only the branded items.
If i can find other ways to benefit and turn these customers into my customers i will
