Annual Accounts template (companies house)

Hi


I did have a template for companies house annual accounts (TOTAL EXEMPTION SMALL ) but cant seem to find it anywhere. Is there any good soles around that can either share one or point me in the right direction of a template ??

I wouldn't recommend to anyone to do DIY accounts. Potential to mess it up are great and fines from Companies House and HMRC will be higher than getting an accountant.

If you have kept your books well, reconciled your bank account and can produce a trial balance it will not be expensive to get an accountant.

If there are no transactions in the year (pretty likely if the company is dormant!) you just need to copy last year's accounts.

The easiest thing to do is to file online at Companies House and you'll see the template online. Dont forget though that you'll need full accounts for HMRC which you'll need to prepare first. I'm assuming you have a trading company.

If you file using the HMRC software, which is available online, it has the option of filing to companies house at the same time.
