I used ANNA VAT Filer for my last VAT return and it worked. Now when I use the excel spreadhseet all I see is it saying loading in the right pane then cannot load this addin.
My return will be simple its all Zeros - but I simply can't seem to connect or use it.
What would happen if I try to change to another provider? What is the process- my company isn't trading currently but I still need to send in the VAT returns.
I'd prefer a free solution as I will be intending to close the business within the next 6 months.
