Hi, there, due to the increase of our business volume, we need more working capital to cope with future business. Could anyone recommend some good and reliable angel investors or website where we can find the angel investors? Thanks much and appreciate help.

thanks much for this. yes, we have tried bank. They can only lend small amount of cash, which is not enough though. So, we got no choice but sacrifice the equity ....

Debt and equity finance are very different beasts & to decide between them on this basis is a recipe for disaster. Equity finance works where:

1. You welcome the value that an external partner will bring
2. The returns to you are far greater than you could achieve on your own
3. Quite often, where the returns will be delayed - such as R & D businesses

There are many debt options outside the banks - if debt is what works for you you should explore these.

Angel investment network
I have used their services and paid about 300 pounds. In the past two months, I only generate two interests which turn out to become fraud asking me for the passport or pay them in advance. I have to say, I am just too disappointed over there.

Sorry to hear you've had these problems. What is the title of your proposal? I'd be happy to take a look through your proposal and suggest some improvements to attract some genuine investors. Could you also use the report features on the investors' profile pages to give us some more specific details about the problems you had with each of them, so we can look into that for you too.

Until today, I have been listed for 180 days, but received Fraudulent contacts only. What waste of my money and time. Strongly advise people to avoid Angel investment network. They even give the fraud statement in the website said that I have successfully raised the money. What a liar try to trick other innocent people.

Sorry to hear you haven't received any genuine contacts. If you email the site administrator throuth the contact page on our website, we will obviously look at helping you improve your proposal to try to get some more interest or arranging a refund.

Where on our site do we say that you've raised the money? Could you send me a link to what you're referring to so I can look into that for you.

Just to clarify for everyone.

In the proposal form, we ask a few questions about their funding round:
1) How much are you raising in total?
2) How much of this total have you raised?
3) What is the minimum investment per investor?

The entrepreneur answered £200,000 to both the first two questions, which is why his proposal was showing as 100% funded. i.e. He said he was looking for £200,000 and had already raised £200,000.
