Wasted money I think - because any attempt to use it with any association with Amazon is clearly going to get you caused of passing off, trading on their name and reputation. To be frank, it's also a stupid name, and a clear fudge on Amazon's name. Nobody is going to pay you for it and the trouble that comes with it.

I only paid £15 to register them so it's not a lot of money to loose i was offered a few hundered pounds for them of a few people but i was just being silly i did not think that i would get my money back funny thing is that the guy that own's the .co.uk wants a huge amount of money for his one it was on ebay for £1,000,000 or best offer ! :)

    Complete waste of time and money ....even if it's 'just £15'! At 15p it'd have been too much.

    That said, if you can find some mug to take them off your hands, you might get your money back or a bit more. Doesn't necessarily mean you'll avoid aggravation though.

    Been there done that, I bought AlternativesToAmazon.com some years ago and made a few quid with it. Amazon sent a standard email from them tralling the internet for domains with the term Amerzon. I didn't respond and never heard anything else. I had the domain on sale for the last 2 years and never had any interest so it'll be dropping in about 90 days if you want it.

    I've also got alternativestoebay.com but I think I'll be using that one day.
