Following on from previous recommendation, we've moved away from GA to Clicky. Only two weeks in, but so far, we're pleased with it.

Far, far easier to use than GA. In our opinion anyway.

Looks interesting. Does the visitor log update in real-time, or do you need to refresh?

I’ve got the big screen thing set up using an old monitor and laptop. It’s perfect to keeping an eye on things. Updates every minute.

I'm a big fan of Matomo. It's free, provides real-time analytics and can also do many of the advanced features found in Google Analytics, such as campaign attributions and the like.
