Alternative phone numbers

Does anyone know a website where i can convert alternative mobile phone numbers, such as converting a 5 digit number to its original number..



Im aware of a site that converts landline numbers such as 0871, 0870, 0844, 0845, 0800, 0808 to normal numbers area code etc but it doesnt convert mobiles.

Hi Keith

I'm sorry that I can't answer your question but could you post the website that converts 08-- numbers. My mobile gives me free calls to 01 and 02 numbers but not to 08 numbers.

I spent 25 minutes on hold yesterday to a web hosting company on their 0870 number. I'm not looking forward to seeing my phone bill !

Hope it works for you. I believe some companies are not listed but the one i phone is which is quite handy although their mobile number 63103 is expensive hence why im trying to find the "proper" mobile number.

I use this quite a lot. It certainly saves money on my landline bill, so on a mobile bill it would save even more. I think it's important, when we discover them, also to add nos. 0844 nos. appear to cost even more than 0870 nos.
I try to avoid companies that have these kind of nos. where possible. One is often trying to phone them either because of their mistake, or to their benefit, and to make more money out of me is a cheek.
