Hi Everybody,

Just like many out there, I am an e-commerce retailer that has an eBay and Amazon account as well as a website.

I am forever copying and pasting orders into an invoice program, then doing the same for each shipping label I create for each order.

Does anyone have a suitable solution that could automate the whole lot? Ideally a nice looking one that might work well on a Mac?

I've looked into BrightPearl, but they seem a little pricey and I'm not convinced. I've also seen ChannelGrabber but again, not totally convinced.

Thanks for any tips!

I honestly think that you shouldn't let your choice of computer affect the success of your business because I think most of the best software for this is PC only.

I don't want to turn this thread in to a Mac/PC debate but I've used both for many years and much prefer PCs ;) Plus now Steve's sadly gone, I don't think Apple have much of a future.

Thanks Paul! The last thing I want is to start a geeky apple vs pc debate!

Exactly because Linux is better than both anyway ;)

Hehe. Anyway I hope that helps, some of our clients are selling really high volumes over ebay, Amazon and their own OpenCart websites and they think Linnworks is fantastic.

I'll see how I get on. Linnworks is reasonably priced and if it's easy as pie, maybe I should try a slice!

    Hello Danny,

I use Opencart/Amazon with Linnworks and its a really good combination for my business. Linnworks produces pick lists, delivery notes and invoices.

However, I wouldn't say its easy peasy to set it up in the first instance!

The Anywhere version can be used all places that you can get internet access, but you do have to load the basic operating software onto all computers you intend to work on.

Need any basic help, let me know.

    Hi Danny,

My company (Linked Retail) has a system to do exactly this. It is browser based so works fine on PC, Mac, even iPad.

It fetches orders from eBay, Amazon, and your website. You get a nice workflow for dispatching - including checking orders with barcode scanning. We can create a customised invoice template for you. And it integrates with multiple couriers to create the shipping labels.

If you're interested, drop me a private message. I offer a 30 day trial to serious sales prospects.

    Hello Danny
If you have looked at Brightpearl then perhaps have a look at Spinlessplates
Runs it on my macbook pro through Chrome or Safari (prefer Chrome tho) and would certainly sort out some of your problems although won't run labels
