African products to Europeans

Hi business people,

I want to open an online store selling products from Africa, but I don't exactly what kind of product should I sell. Any one advice me, what do you think are the unique products from Africa I should sell to Europeans???

I'm not African so have no idea what unique products come from Africa? I don't think most Europeans would either.

So my answer would be, you need to show Europeans a wide range of what they can offer. Then narrow it down.

1. Cashew nuts 2. Bees honey 3. Leather beaded sandals 4. Ground nuts

My feeling on things like this is that you should look at sites like Etsy, they have cool niche products which are a little arty in nature and probably the sort of thing that you could sell well. Im not really sure anyone would buy food from an untrusted online source!

Where to Buy Artisanal and Specialty Foods Online: 7 Great Marketplaces" then you will a great article that shows you a number of sites that sell the sort of foodstuffs that might be similar to yours, you can get an impression from those already successful sites as to what you should do
