Affiliate Programme - Advice Needed

I am seeking the help and advice of my forum friends, so I look forward to your helpful comments.

My business has been growing, which for me is good news and as such I want to increase business for a certain service we offer. I am looking at forming an affiliate programme utilising businesses that already have a customer base. The service in question is Telephone Answering and we offer two forms of revenue share for affiliates.

Revenue Share 1 – This is a cash payment per client; so for every successful client that has been with our company for 2 months receives a cash payment. The cash payment is reflective on the package taken by the client.

Revenue Share 2 - This is a fully white labeled Telephone Answering service, affiliates would have access to special rates per client. The affiliate would sell the service, invoice their customer, handle the customer service and would also brand the Telephone Answering service as a product / service in their portfolio.

As a business we obtain clients directly and this affiliate programme is new territory for us. This affiliate programme is set up ready to go; but I require help and advice on how to market this, and to know what types of businesses would be interested.

i would suggest for option 1 rather than a 1 off payment, what about a monthly % of what the client spends?

This would be ideal for mailing address providers who don't provide a telephone service. That would be where I would look first.
