I need an Affidavit done ASAP, I remember doing one a few years back but am a bit blanck now. All templets I have found are a bit rubbish!

I think Im way out, could someone who knows accuratly guide me.

Can you tell us what you want an affidavit for? There is very little that you need an affidavit for these days, are you sure that it is what you want?

Most of the time what you need is a witness statement and the form of them can be different depending on what it is for.

If you can let me know what you need it for I can advise ....... most of the time a Witness Statement will suffice, but if you require a Sworn Affidavit I can help with the layout - the one you showed as an example is kind of right, but the wording and layout is a little different to the 'norm'.
