just looking for some feedback from anyone using NEST, how easy to use etc.?

very small ltd co., 2 directors who will be opting out & 2 employees paid weekly who will possibly be contributing (for the last year they've told me that they'd be opting out, but now the time to set up comes around, seem to have changed their minds... ).

trying to get a feel for how user friendly it will be for me doing payroll. NEST appears to be the only one that's not charging a set up fee now & ongoing costs of 0.5% of pot per year for employees are similar to other schemes.

Really easy. Reports can be uploaded directly but the few we've got with NESt at the mo are fairly small so we just plug the figures in manually. About the only extra step that some seem to grumble about is having to specifically click a button at the end to request the DD be taken [instead of being taken automatically].

Big thumbs up from me.

One annoying thing about it is the annoying Done button under the search systems.

Lost count of the amount of times I clicked that rather than the little right arrow

Apart from that it is fine (mind you I only have myself in there and I am classed as Ceased contributions)

thanks for the feedback :), i'll get myself set up & familiar with the screens etc. so at least i've got an idea of what i'm talking about when i present it to our employees later this month. will double what i have to do for paye each week, but seeing as that's only about 5 mins, shouldn't complain really!
