I need to setup a lightbox of sorts (for doing product photos/videos) however unlike a lightbox i want to use a rigid material with a matt finish (to reduce reflections) and a repeating logo printed all over it (so any photo or video will have that branding in the background and underneath the product).

Do we have any printers here that can recommend suitable materials for this?

My initial thought was 5mm Foamex (as it's quite rigid but does have a slightly flexibility to it) however this is obviously rather expensive (well expensive based on my budget).

I'm looking to get 4 different sizes produced (5ft x 5ft, 5ft x 2ft, 3ft x 2ft, 2ft x 2ft) with the largest (5ft x 5ft) coming in around £100-£130+ so some other "options" where materials are concerned would be helpful.

Any ideas?

Im not sure of any other material that fits your budget. The £100-130 mark sounds about right for 5mm foamex. Its roughly in line with what i would charge. the only other rigid materials i can think that may work would be dibond or correx, correx may not be great because of the corrugated pattern and dibond is more expensive
