what would be a great line of unique unusual products to sell on a market stall, at first i am thinking of selling baby products such as baby mats, clothing etc. what unusual unique things can you think of and proof they work (profitible)

I have question about company structure at the moment I have two companies, company A has been open for since May 2009 and company b since April this year. Company helped B with start up loan, however Company A credit card is being used to buy stock for company B at the moment both company are limited and both in the same building its a bit confusing as one paying is paying for stock and items for the other.
The question is this the best way to structure my companies or should I change it to just one company and have the other as subsidiary or should I keep it as two companies and make company A pay Company B rent as such in the form of using the company A credit card.

If one company how would that effect VAT as we will be hitting VAT hold quicker?

Hi,
I would like to go with the same product that you discussed in your post. Clothing business is really the most profitable business and the demand of clothes can not be deny. But you have to be creative mind in this field because there is a great competition in clothing market but if you can introduce new designs and comfortable dresses for kids than you may earn more from this business. In my point of view dealing in wholesale business is always profitable in UK market because it is a big market for investors to invest and generating attractive revenue.
