Advice on moving from self employed to PAYE

I am currently self employed but am considering a PAYE job. Does anyone know a quick calculation for me to consider options. I am currently on around £60k self employed and wish to know how much the equivalent might be in a PAYE job bearing in mind the less hassle with tax, no holiday and sickness pay etc self employed and the benefits for PAYE.
