advice on approach

I'm working on a specific project that will reduce sexual assault, I'd like to know what kind of approach i should really take as I'd like to have endorecement from the met, and also, it is about safety for customers that go to nightclubs, I'd like to know how I should approach these big companies, such as springwood leisure etc to tell them about what we are doing. It's all about the safety for there customers.
