advice needed from people in the travel sector

I would be grateful if guidance can be given to me by people in travel and tourism sector. I will however give some background info before I delve in to the guidance needed.

I am looking to build my fathers business up. He has been in the travel and tourism sector for the last 35 years and has mainly served asian countries. He has done very very well in this sector but just like everything, he has peaked out in this sub-section of Travel and tourism. We are there for looking to expand in to different countries and offer a few more services to; a) retain business through cross selling services and b) generate new business.

My questions therefore are, what directions should I take the business in? I appreciate this is a very broad question, and hope that business owners will understand my question. However, there are a few directions I have already thought of that may be a viable option. These are:

1. Worldwide cargo door to door via land and via air - but who should I do this through? Any good comapnies out there to suggest?
2. Ofer a worldwide money transfer service, but not through Moneygram or western union, as they do not pay near enough to make it worth it
3. Become a consolidater with other airlines. Please suggest methods on how to do this? Are there any reps out here I can speak to?
