Advert design recommendations

I have a placement for an A5 advert in a relevant publication reserved, and would like to obtain a suitable design. I have the basics of what I would like included, and relevant photos etc, but I would like someone to put some creative flair into the design. I know I could have a go myself, but feel I really should seek some input. The business is fairly limited in size so costs will be a major factor but I do appreciate that there will be costs involved. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice on where best to seek such input.

I've used a designer in the past called Steve Glossop. He works under the name Skylight Creative. A quick google will find his website.

His rates are very reasonable and he's good at working to a brief too.
