Adsense advice

Hi all, Im a newbie with google adsense but looking to monetise my site using Adsense, we have returning users who consistently view a minimum of four pages a week with our estimate that we will have 10,000 unique users in the next few months.

So I'm estimating approx 160,000 ads being displayed per month.

How average monetisation could this achieve.

Also in terms of the ads being served by google, are they based on the keywords from our site or based on individual user behaviour?
