Adsense Advice

I have a large database that I need help organizing. I know exactly what kind of people I need and where to find them. I've also created an easy to use interface to make organizing and sorting the database as easy as possible.

I'm wanting 20 people to work on the database, however, each person would need to meet a quota and it's quite a lot of work. Unfortunately I can't afford to pay them. So instead, I thought I would allow the 20 helpers to share any profit made from a small adsense banner on the website over 12 months.

The 20 people would provide me with their own adsense code generated from their own adsense account, and every time the site gets a hit, the adsense code would rotate, giving each person a 5% banner exposure for all traffic to the site.

And I would of course have my own larger and more prominent 728x90 banner.

Is this against the Adsense T&C's?

Thanks

Once the database is ready, I can launch the site.

I'm not going to go into my business plan but there is nothing out there like this, and it will be very popular on Facebook and Twitter, which will be my main two sources of traffic.

Within 6 months I forecast 50,000 hits a day and counting.

The CTR in the first 12 months will only average around 2% and the CPC around 0.10. That's £65 a day / £23,725 a year if you consider those stats as a constant.

Realistically, I estimate each person to make between £700 - £900 over 12 months, which isn't bad for around 10 hours of work.

My business plan is solid. I just want to know the legalities regarding Adsense.

OK do 20 x 10 hour days and you will have sorted the database yourself.

Keep the £23k for yourself then.
I'm not looking for people to do this for me, I will be putting a lot of hours in myself, but even if I wanted to organise the entire database I don't have the knowledge to do it. That's why I'm looking for around 20 people who have knowledge in the various subcategories of the data.

...and then you're dividing earnings by 20 plus you have the main banner
This is my point, the projected earning above are for the small banner, which will be distributed over 20 or so accounts. I just need to know if you can have multiple adsense accounts linking to the same domain.
