Adobe in design

Is anyone any good using Adobe in design ?

ive hit a brick wall and need some advice,

I have a layout for a booklet that has been designed for another business and there is a footer, the footer is contact details for them .. i cant seem to select it to change it, there dosent seem to be an option anywhere either that will allow me to do so. ... i could be missing something.

apart from that the whole thing needs brought up to date... i have so far figured out the front page.

Im looking to freshen up the booklet and change the contact details, all the info is there, it might just need some tweaking, but i can do that bit

Could just be a locked layer group. Object > Unlock All On Spread might sort it.

It could also be an element in a Master Page which you can't edit through the regular pages.
