Hi,
I have an old work laptop (Toshiba Satellite) which I'm now using at home - I want to remove the admin password (which I don't know) on it, but have tried everything without success. I want to buy Microsoft Office as it currently has MS Office 2003 on it! Even trying to download the MS Office converter for newer files to be edited, the admin password is required! I don't have any recovery disks etc, so that is a no go too. Can anyone help?

Cheers

You need to obtain windows 7 disc. And you need to boot with that disc. After that when the computer starts from windows 7 disc, you will see system recovery options. In that screen, you need to select command prompt. Than there are some certain commands which you need to follow. Unfortunatelly, I can not write to here. But I can send the web address to you which you need to follow. Please obtain windows 7 dvd at first.
