To date, our business has just been the 2 owners so haven't had to feel with employment matters. We're now at a stage where we could do with some occasional help and we know a university student who is soon to graduate who we definitely benefit from the experience. The work will be irregular over the summer.
We understand insurance and H&S responsibilities what about PAYE and pension? To be clear we want to pay him properly and do everything above board, but if the admin is too onerous for just some short term work then it wort be worth it.
