Hi all,
I currently have a UK trademark and would like to add my two sons as owners to the trademark so all 3 of us jointly own the trademark.
What I would like to know is if this is possible with just a change of ownership (TM16 form) and also if doing an assignment of the trademark is necessary if we are fine with UK law's default position regarding jointly owned trademarks.
Any advice would me much appreciated.
