Adding mail order to the business

Dear all,

How do I do this?

Having a mail order side to the business is something that was discussed very early on when the business was started , but I had completely forgotten about that idea as I have been working in the business rather than on it.

Anyway I was inspired again by the Charles Tyrwitt story when I listened to the webinar where Rachel Elnaugh interviewed Nick Wheeler , maybe some of you were on that webinar.

Any advice , pointers , suggestions, steps e.t.c would be welcome.
