Adding a Bootstrap page to an existing bootstrap WP theme

Hi,

I want to use Twitter Bootsrap to make a home page in a Wordpress website. I'm a bit unsure how to get Bootstrap going so instead can I just use an existing Boostrap theme and add my pages to play around with?
