Acquiring charges (HSBC)

It's a sunny Sunday afternoon but I am busy doing accounts for a client who should have had them to me by August to finish for her accountand by Sept!

However, I have a query on a charge which has started popping up on her bank statements. It's a monthly acquiring charge, ranging from £62.33 to over £300. I believe that this is the cost to the client for her selling items via a card terminal. I am entering these into Kashflow and wonder what I should put them in as.

Can she claim these charges back and if so should I claim them as bank charges?

No she can't. I normally show these as a separate line item - credit card fees - so clients can see just how much this facility costs.
