Hi
Was asked a question last week and accounts not being my forte thought someone maybe able to give the answer.
The small limited company stopped trading out the end of July with no assets apart from their e-cart website and they have no debts outstanding.
The year end is November and are not VAT register.
So accounts period are December 2011 to July 2012.
What is the cheapest way of ending the company - write to Companies house and inform them they have cease trading?
what accounts need to be sorted? roughly how much?
or are there any other processes to go through?
