Can anyone recommend a cloud based accounting system !
We have about 40 products and raise about 60 invoice per month.

Want to be able to email statements, no VAT involved. Just a simple system.

I like Quickbooks, Zoho and Xero - all simple with Zoho probably the simplest.

I found Freeagent to be very slick and their invoices are very nice. However it does have most of the bells and whistles should you want to do all your accounting through them too!

I rate Accounts Portal highly and that will certainly deal with your requirements.

If you bank with Natwest or RBS I understand Freeagent is free. I dont use it myself but have a few clients who use the system and dont have any problems with it.

Xero would be my choice really easy to use, and will scale with you.

Try Pandle £5 + VAT a month. Relatively easy to use.

I forgot to add its always worth checking with your accountant they may have group deal going on and you could well get a better price on the subscription costs
