I can recommend Smith Cooper Chartered Accountants in Buxton which is about a 15 min drive from you. Not Cheshire I know but possibly helpful to you. They're a very friendly company and very good although I've only been using them for about 18 months.

 

I can recommend Patrica Brady in Irby, the Wirral. She does my accounts and she's very good.
