I have a Ltd Company, i'm the only director and its a simple expense/revenue business - no share holders, debt, investors etc
I just want to make sure i'm doing this correctly. I've logged onto ewf(dot)companieshouse and "Filed Company Accounts". I did the confirmation statement and PSC earlier this year
Is there anything else I need to do on a yearly basis, anywhere else I need to submit forms or is this the only place?
